Simple Servings features delicious homemade meals, prepared especially for students who suffer from the most common allergens. One of our most popular stations, students who simply prefer less complicated, but healthier recipes, line up to enjoy the dishes here. Expect to find favorites like roast pork, rotisserie chicken, baked sweet potatoes, steamed green beans, and much more!

Meet Our Dietitian

Mackenzie Gordon, RDN, LDN, received her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of New Haven and has recently received her Master of Science in Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island. Having worked with Sodexo for over ten months as a dietary intern with culinary concentration, Mackenzie brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the Fairfield University community.
